He spent 12 years delivering impactful solutions in banking and eBanking before transitioning in 2022 to broaden his expertise in business analysis, product management, and strategic project delivery.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) and Certified in Cybersecurity (ISC2-CC), Sunday combines technical proficiency with strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation. His approach is collaborative, solutions-focused, and grounded in continuous learning—reflected in his extensive local and international training background.

As Managing Partner at Enn Projects Ltd, based in England, he applies his expertise in financial inclusion, digital payments, and business systems to help organizations optimize operations and achieve sustainable growth. The Chief Technical Officer also serves as our IT Project Management and procurement strategist, ensuring efficient delivery and quality control across all activities.

With over 20 years of work experience in various work ethics (HR, Info Tech, eBanking, and Agriculture), 17 years of this period were with financial institutions until 2019, when he voluntarily took leave to explore other opportunities, which have taken him to other Fintech start-up, Moredew Limited, Solend Limited, Borderless Advisory Limited, and R3Concepts LLC, among others.

Quazim Adeola is a team-focused leader and motivator who has undergone various local and international training. He is also a creative and proactive problem solver and an interpersonally skilled coordinator with over 10 years of project management and team leadership experience.

Currently, he is the Managing Partner at R3Concept LLC, doubling as Director of Training and Innovation. He holds an MSc in Information and Communication Technology after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering.

In today's highly competitive and fast-paced industries, driven by technology, having him at the helm of affairs is a pointer to greater things.
